WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -  It will feel a bit muggy tonight but we'll end up with a quiet night.  Lows will hold around seventy Downtown with the suburbs in the sixties. Wednesday the atmosphere becomes very unstable and some afternoon and evening T-storms developing. some of the storms could be heavy, especially north and west of Town. More storms are possible on Thursday as a strong cold front moves approaches the Metro Area.
