WEST ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WUSA) -- All lanes of Route 665 and Interstate 97 were shut down after a vehicle overturned on Wednesday.
Emergency medical crews evaluated 7 people on the scene. We are told that the accident victims include:
- a 51-year-old male who was transported to the hospital via helicopter
- a 17 year-old male
- a 14-year-old female
- a 30-year-old male
- a 15-year-old female
- a 14-year-old female who is being taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital
- and a 47 year-old woman who is being taken to a trauma center via ambulance.
Maryland State Highway Administration officials say that the right shoulder is open on the ramp from westbound US 50 to Northbound I-97.
