(USA Today) - Sad news to share about actress Bonnie Franklin, 68.
She has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and is undergoing treatment, according to a family spokesman.
Franklin is best known for playing divorced mom Ann Romano in CBS's hit comedy One Day at a Time, which ran from 1975-84.
She also appeared in TV Land's Hot in Cleveland last year -- reuniting her, of course, with her One Day co-star Valerie Bertinelli, and did a recent arc on CBS' The Young & The Restless. Her last appearance on the soap aired today.
