(WUSA) -- Culpeper police are looking for a woman who is a person of interest in a fraud case targeting an elderly victim.
Police have released a surveillance photo of a woman believed to be in her 30s or 40s who used the elderly person's credit card at a bank on July 13 (see above)
Police say a family member of the victim noticed the unauthorized transaction on a bank statement and contacted police.
