Gregory Jaczko, one of the most controversial energy officials in Washington, is stepping down as chairman of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). In seven years at the commission, Jaczko has seen and been a part of some major developments in the nuclear industry, but he's also come under fire from colleagues for what they say is "a heavy-handed style."
